Competence approach in the selection of personnel

Abstract. The article is devoted to the improvement of the system of recruitment, as hiring a new employee, and in intra movement of staff. The focus is on the definition of criteria for the selection, formulation content competencies that are necessary for the success of the employee in a particular position (job). We consider the problems in the area to build skills and education as a "provider" of skills and the real sector of the economy as a "consumer" of personnel.
