Abstract. The article is devoted to topical problems of psychological counseling secondary school teachers aimed at the implementation of health-saving potential of education. The main attention is paid to the issues of prevention of fatigue and the training overload of students, accounting dynamics of the performance of pupils, creating a positive emotional background of training activities, pedagogical evaluation, ensuring satisfaction of the students of the results of the training activities. The recommendations of the psychologist-consultant presented on the basis of generalization of experience of the author in the of school № 12 of Taganrog of Rostov region, is an example of one of the pedagogical councils schools.
