The study of personal qualities of the student’s group formal leader

Abstract. Paper is devoted to the study of personal qualities formal leader of the student group. Based on the classification of the key qualities of a modern leader and a suitable model of charismatic leadership were identified criterial quality, suggesting the existence of which was conducted a written survey among students of 1st and 2nd year and the corresponding conclusions.
