Energy efficient technologies as the core of the new technological order in building

Abstract. The authors reveal one of the major causes of the global economic crisis as the change of technological mode (new efficient technologies replace old inefficient ones). The construction industry is not an exception. Construction is the major the industry during the change of technological orders, and energy-efficient technologies are the core of technological order. The authors with the help of economic calculation show the replacement of technologies on the example of solar batteries and suggest the mathematical model of energy-efficient technologies demand.
