Problems and prospects of employment of graduates in terms of level of training

Abstract. The paper deals with the layered structure of training at the higher school; possibility of graduates’ employment; employment problems from a position of labor market, graduates and higher education institutions. The author gives general recommendations to participants of training process and their employment for improvement of graduates’ professional prospects. The problem has a system character in a logistic chain entrant-higher education institution-graduate-employer-state.
