Intramural the university electronic space as the basis for the new educational technologies at the university

Abstract. The paper deals with the developed in the International Innovative University and widely used here new electronic learning technologies, giving the effect of “social learning”. These technologies are characterized by open information and communication space, a new design, primarily through the support of multimedia learning tools and hypermedia.
