Abstract. The article analyzes the leitmotif of the «adults» in the novel of L. Ulitskaya «Green tent» by exploring functionality wide literary intertext, helping to understand the author's idea, to define the ideological and artistic dominant works, understand the conceptual meanings motivic structures.
