«Imitation of the Koran» by A. S. Pushkin. Interpretation problems

Abstract. The article proves that the Koran interpretation in A. S. Pushkin’s poetry has gained the currency. Basic scientific approaches to the problem in question have been considered. The comparison of A.S. Pushkin’s and Goethe’s poetry has given rise to the issue of Islam connections in the world literature.
