Abstract. Work opens formation of social competence of teenagers with use of design technologies. Competence-based and personal focused approaches are described. The main advantages of design technologies in the course of the organization of work for formation of social competence of teenagers are designated. Experience is presented. The algorithm and structure of work on the social and pedagogical project is specified.
