Russian folk costume as an artistic source of creativity for designing new clothes

Abstract. The paper deals with a brief analysis of the use of folk motifs in design of clothing in the last century and early 21st century and shows the result of creative work of students of Technology and Design Department, based on Russian folk female costume and implemented in collection of demi-season coat.
