The effects of poverty and poor citizens on the economic security of the state

Abstract. The paper is devoted to the issue of ensuring the country's economy labor, poverty and education reform in modern Russia. The authors justify the set of factors and conditions (the formation of systems development and support of the professional competencies of staff, dynamic and flexible social structure, the effectiveness of social policies) that affect the economic security of the state in terms of innovative development.
