External examination of cadavers on the crime scene

Abstract. The paper passes in review the scientific point of view on external examination of cadavers on the crime scene. It`s taking into account the conduct of the preliminary investigation, grounds for inspection on the crime scene, examining magistrate`s and forensic medical expert`s objectives referred to external examination of cadavers on the crime scene. The most decisive factor of the crime clearance that warrant the attention while investigative action on the scene of the event is taking place is managing and carrying out of dead body inspection at all, also description of the cadaver.
