The paper passes in review the scientific point of view on external examination of cadavers on the crime scene. It`s taking into account the conduct of the preliminary investigation, grounds for inspection on the crime scene, examining magistrate`s and forensic medical expert`s objectives referred to external examination of cadavers on the crime scene. The most decisive factor of the crime clearance that warrant the attention while investigative action on the scene of the event is taking place is managing and carrying out of dead body inspection at all, also description of the cadaver.

The paper discusses some problematic issues dealing with investigations during cadaver examination at crime scene as well as provides urgent for the study materials that can be used in determining the degree of bodily harm including strike parameters. It`s supposed to put into practice new approaches and forensic resources to collect and inquiry material traces on crime scene for succeeding crime detection.
