The determination of the level of the generated competencies

Abstract. The paper deals with the problem of establishment of the formed competences level, offers the approach to its decision. The estimation of competences level of is considered necessary, the analogy of the offered methodology of competences level estimation is conducted with the existent methods of estimation of products quality level.
