Trust between teachers and students as an essential component of the educational process at the university

Abstract. The paper deals with the essence of confidence. Understanding of this phenomenon is analyzed on the basis of various theoretical positions. The author proves the necessity of confidence between teachers and students at university, reveals psychological characteristics of formation and maintenance of confidence between teachers and students.
