Abstract. The present level of market relations development in Russia has led to the market saturation with standardized goods and services and brought service system to the foreground of the development of competitive advantages of an enterprise. Problems associated with the development of service product and service performance as a whole need to be solved on the basis of building communication with consumer to create his proper impression of enterprise services.
