Forms of power and their use in management practice

Abstract. The paper deals with the power as an ability to influence other people; the resources of power and form of its manifestation in all variety. The charismatic leader capable to carry away people plays large role. It confirms the conducted research of heads of the Autonomous Non-profit Organization “Kuzbass North Media Center”.
