Classification of the main methods of control state and municipal property

Abstract. The paper describes the approach to classification of the main methods of management of state and municipal property. The authors show positive and negative characteristics of the privatization of state and municipal property, the transfer of state and municipal property for rent, transfer of state and municipal property in the free use, transfer of state and municipal property in trust management of state and municipal property by the concession agreement. It is concluded that the effect of the chosen method on the efficiency of economic processes.
