Economic education of preschool children: relevance and importance

Abstract. The paper deals with the actual question of economic education of preschool children, caused by the modern realities of pre-school education. The author discloses theoretical aspects of the nature of economic literacy of children at the stage of pre-school childhood. The author pays particular attention to the family as the primary environment in which the child masters the economic concepts.
