Abstract. Article contains the description of formation of professional readiness of future social teachers for work with graduates of the residential organizations. In article the social situation of development of graduates of the residential organizations is considered. Interdepartmental interaction is defined by a condition of suc-cessful socialization. The main objectives defining the content of interdepartmental interaction are designat-ed.
