Abstract. Article is devoted to a problem of violation of formation actual for logopedics at school students of spelling skill. In it results carried out among pupils of the fifth classes of a complex pilot study of mental functions and the processes providing functional system of spelling skill at school students, experiencing difficulties in spelling assimilation are analyzed.
