Abstract. The article presents the results of empirical studies on the possible mechanisms of innovation development optimization in secondary education. In this article the results of the correlation of secondary school teachers innovation readiness with their value orientations are presented. We consider school teachers preference of characteristics of organizational culture in relation to the preferred values and innovative readiness.
