Abstract. In this article the authors examine the features of the preparation and use of the marketing model of scientific and technological innovation to achieve the objectives of its economic feasibility and commercialization. The basic advantages of marketing model, as well as the example of the authors conducted technical studies are given options of graphic presentation and content marketing model of scientific and technical work.
