This article analyzes the changes in the cost of freight at the moment. Due to the fact that in general terms the freight rate - it is a constant, which is equal to the cost of transportation of cargo per kilometer distance, however, to date, it is influenced by many factors, including seasonality of transportation, speed of delivery, the quantity of cargo traffic as well as changes in the exchange rate.

Article is dedicated to increasing the competitive advantages of transport companies to provide services for the transportation of goods of higher quality than the existing market. One aspect of this topic is incorrect loading of cargo in the vehicle, which leads to poor quality of transportation, which is reflected in the deterioration of the goods and increase the possibility of road accidents. The use of European standards in Russia is a necessary step both in terms of quality of service, and from the point of view of economic efficiency of road transport enterprise.

Article is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of transport of packaged cargoes by adjusting the sound of the rolling stock. The main objective is to reduce the time of delivery to improve the quality of services in the freight market.

The article deals with advanced technological methods of organizing the transport process. Particular attention is paid to modern technologies increase the efficiency of rolling stock, particularly technology GPS-monitoring and control systems in fuel consumption.

This article discusses the systematization of optimal solutions in multiobjective transportation problem. Revealed the meaning of the application of mathematical and simulation models for solving transport problems at the moment.
