The ongoing economic crisis, describing the activities of the national economic system, expressed in the stagnation of its underlying sectors, necessitate a systematic search for and implementation of the reserves to accelerate economic development in the growth portion of content of yatelnosti, targeting, and effectiveness of industrial policy as strategic tool of stabilization and sustainable development of the industrial sector of the country. The national industrial policy cannot be implemented without full consideration of its regional components, de-signed to ensure practical implementation of provisions of Federal law No. 488-FZ "On industrial policy in the Russian Federation" in the part of the stabilization and sustainable functioning of stakeholders in the field of industrial relations, sustainable and available cases, and breakthrough development on the basis of efficient operations, competitive in both domestic and global industrial markets.
