The study aims to examine the problem of adaptation of first year students of the university to society. The paper clarifies the essence of the concept of adaptation, analyzed forms of psychological and pedagogical support for students in the period under review. In addition, the article presents the experience of psycho-pedagogical support first-year students in a society of high school.
