The author gives the forecast of probable social consequences of the printed media reformation in the Ukrainian regions and takes into account the features of rural labour-market, governmental offers and editorial labour collectives on the base of European model. The author proposes the only possible way out, in his opinion, notwithstanding that it is not very popular from a social viewpoint under the existing political and economic realities.
