The winner in the competition is the organization or business that was able to achieve high competitive advantages in conditions of uncertainty and crisis. A fight for competition is the most important goal of business, which determines the main ways of behavior of the industry (organization) in a certain period of time. Any organization has its own specific competitive development strategy. The strategy should address the most important issues of the organizations at all levels. The strategy is necessary for business to respond quickly to changes both within the industry (business environment, personnel, equipment, technological processes) and in the external environment (economic situation in the country, sanctions, etc.).
