The article considers the dual education in Germany, as well as the relevance, perspectives and advantages of such education in Russia. In addition, summarizes the differences between the dual and the traditional systems of education. The possible sources of financing of the dual form of education in the Russian Federation.

The author analyzes and summarizes moral-psychological category of “communicative competence” and “communicative competence of a teacher”, gives its own interpretation of the concept “communicative competence of a teacher”, lists the components and features of the communicative competence of a teacher.

In the article we try to analyse the modern understanding of management in education and tendencies of development of edagogical management. We consider characteristic features of the innovative pedagogical management aimed at stimulation of the process of personal self-determination both of being trained, and teachers of educational institution.
