The author considers the political moods of peasantry at the years of «military communism». The analysis of the relations between soviet authorities and peasantry, reactions of peasantry on occurring events and changes in village has shown that economic policy of the State, methods of soviet authorities, forcible change of the ancient moral rates have brought the war of peasants and the new power in 1919–1922-es.
