In this article we consider the problem of the current state of the educational environment in the municipality. Pedagogical conditions of development and efficient operation of the network profile training model are stand and scientifically justified, the implementation of which will improve the quality of education in the Slavyansk Defense district.

The author considers the questions, connected with formation of educational space in small city of Europe, Russia in general and Slavyansk-on-Kuban in particular. Author uses the principle of the network organization of education at profile training realization, which allows to connect the urgent global and local problems in the field of formation.
