The paper deals with the problem of interaction and synthesis of folk and professional, national and European classical art on the example of the piano music of Yakut composers. The questions of organic acculturation are solved at the level of vivid characteristics, genre, rhythmic and intonation, modal and other features.

Musical pieces of the guide given in the article have been selected from music books for orchestral and folk instruments: violin, flute, domra, etc. The students of the music school № 5 attached to Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Music and Theatre have been testing these pieces at the music lessons for eighteen years. The pieces are also useful for students-pianists as a material for sight-reading and transposing, piano performing the parts of transposing instruments (clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, etc.).
