The relevance of the problem of technologization of international exchange in the field of health-preserving education is confirmed by changes in the contours of the global educational space and the role of Russian education within it, which, together with increased attention to the health of the working-age population at the international, national, regional, and corporate levels, raises the problem of scientific development and substantiation of the principles, stages, and mechanisms of international transfer of educational and health-improving technologies. In this article, this problem is examined at the level of national corporations and using the example of corporate sports. The aim of the article is to determine the principles and technological basis of international transfer of health-improving and educational technologies using the example of corporate sports. The research methods include a theoretical review of scholarly sources and the regulatory framework of modern corporate sports on the research problem, an analysis of approaches to the application of foreign health-improving and educational technologies in Russian and foreign corporations, the development of a technological map for the implementation of health-improving and educational technologies, a survey to identify the resources of Russian corporations regarding the implementation of the identified mechanisms for the transfer of health-improving and educational technologies, and data collection and analysis. The concept of international transfer of health-improving and educational technologies in the context of corporate sports programs has been clarified; the leading principles for integrating foreign technologies into the corporate health environment and simultaneously promoting successful domestic corporate technologies to foreign partners have been identified and presented; the stages of technology transfer in corporate sports are presented for the first time based on project management methodology; the mechanisms for adapting foreign health-improving and educational technologies to the conditions of Russian reality have been updated and presented. The theoretical significance of the article lies in clarifying the concept of international transfer of health-improving and educational technologies, identifying the leading principles, and updating the mechanisms of their adaptation in relation to the field of corporate sports. The practical significance is the technological map of international transfer of health-improving and educational technologies in corporate sports.
