The pedagogic conditions for the training of the future teachers of Physical Culture to develop sport leadership qualities of pupils studying at comprehensive school are grounded in the paper. The conditions facilitating successful training targeted for the future teachers of Physical Culture and aimed at developing sport leadership qualities of the pupils studying at comprehensive school are specified: reflection of modern approaches to the understanding of the essence and mechanisms of leadership in the students’ training contents; acquisition of the experience demonstrating the development of pupils’ sport leadership qualities within physical and educational area; pedagogic support while developing pupils’ sport leadership qualities during the educational process.
