Today actively developed divergent systems, programs and technology learner - centered education. However, to date, no tutorials, which would be systematically different views on the development of emotional and personal sphere of younger pupils with visual impairment and options correctional and development work aimed at the prosperous adaptation of children with deprivation of view. On this basis, tiflopsihologicheskoe conducted a study to identify emotional and personality characteristics of junior high school students with visual deprivation and the creation of basic conditions for improving their mental and emotional well-being in a boarding school.
