this article examines the state of the problem of children with cerebral palsy and identifies the features of their physical development, as well as assesses the impact of recreational swimming on changes in the anthropometric indicators of children with cerebral palsy.

The effect of the temperature factor on the probabilistic characteristics of the main mechanical properties based on the available and experimental data were carried out. This effect should be taken into account in approaches to calculating the strength and lifetime of the structures operating at low climatic temperatures. The probabilistic basic characteristics of mechanical properties for 15Х2НМФА and Ст3сп structural steels on the basis of the proposed methodology under the conditions of homogeneous stress state both normal and negative temperatures have been determined. The errors of the technique are estimated.
