this article examines the state of the problem of children with cerebral palsy and identifies the features of their physical development, as well as assesses the impact of recreational swimming on changes in the anthropometric indicators of children with cerebral palsy.

The article considers the formation of leading competencies in the process of teaching post-stroke patients to self-study physical rehabilitation using information technology (OT), as a condition for acquiring new knowledge about the use of OT. This, in turn, will contribute to the formation of the necessary knowledge and skills for the successful implementation of the experimental methodology.
