The article is devoted to the interpretation of S.Dovlatov's prose in Russian cinema. Analysis of the feature film «The Comedy of strict regime» (based on the novel «The Zone»). The analysis of Dovlatov's prose based on the elements of poetics: ambivalence, associativity and intertextuality.
