The paper presents the results of a study of adaptive strength level on the basis of absolute and relative amounts of the main quantity of immunocompetent cells in children with scoliosis and healthy peers aged 7-10 years. It allows us to state thatadaptation index for boys and girls with scoliosis increases and it indicates the possibility of a favorable prognosis of psychophysical development of children of this age.
