The article provides a detailed critical analysis of the social and legal sides of the legal nature of combating prostitution of minors. The author is inclined to consider valid criminal law and crime policy in the investigated area, as insufficiently effective, and offers in support of his arguments, a number of preventive measures. In addition, from the perspective of the author, the need for a legally sound approach to conceptualize the basis of terminology in the field of prostitution of minors is the absence in the legislation of statutory definitions, the object of the offence.

The article is devoted to the issue of the need to consolidate the restoration of social justice in administrative punishment as a goal, as well as the possibility of achieving this goal.
