Today, however, it develops slowly and is unstable. The causes of these phenomena are imperfect mechanism for the development of cooperative relations, the lack of government support and regulation of co-operative processes, the high cost of lending and borrowing of funds, inadequate cooperative legislation and a number of other problems hindering the development of cooperation.
