The paper analyses the factors of estimation of labor conditions by qualified workers. Workers’ attitude to profession, beliefs about positive aspect of labor in industrial sphere, beliefs about factors influencing on good placement are the main aspects of the paper. The author conducts the results of workers’ question-naire with results given by representatives of other professional groups in technical sphere. The qualified workers are less satisfied by labor conditions than other workers, which has negative influences on motiva-tion of worker’s labor.
