The article is devoted to the consideration of bankruptcy proc edures for individuals. The author substantiates the need to clarify the Federal Law “On In-solvency (Bankruptcy)” by introducing into it a ban on the repeated application of a citizen to de-clare himself bankrupt, except in cases where such a citizen finds himself in a difficult life situation.
