Information leakage is a danger for many organizations in the financial sector. It can occur because of the intent of third parties or through the negligence of employees. The purpose of the study was to study the reasons for the leakage of confidential information of banks and to determine ways to effectively ensure information security.
The article presents the need to use modern innovative approaches and mechanisms for assessing credit transactions and risks aimed at preventing them and minimizing losses. The main problematic aspects of the quality of credit transactions are identified, as well as the use of digital technologies and the improvement of financial literacy of the population are justified.
The article is devoted to the study of the functional impact of credit on the economy. Having analyzed in detail the manifestation of the stimulating function of credit in the financial and economic system, the authors propose to generalize the negative effects of credit relations in the form of a disincentivizing function.
The article is devoted to the study of the redistributive function of credit. The main levels and directions of the redistribution of financial resources are described, the mechanisms for implementing this function through bank lending, the securities market and international financial organizations are analyzed. Problems related to inefficient allocation of resources and excessive debt burden are considered. The authors pay special attention to the need to regulate the redistribution process, both on the part of the state and on the part of the participants in the process themselves.
