The article highlights the problematic aspects of assessing restrictions on the spread of a new coronavirus infection as a force majeure circumstance and the spread of a special regime for fulfilling obligations to pay rent payments to the entire chain of tenants, if real estate is subleased.
The present research work is devoted to the analysis of proposals to change the list of grounds for termination of legal relations with participants of procurement procedures (contractors, contractors). Based on the study of the positions of the subjects of lawmaking, current legislation and law enforcement practice, the author concluded on the possible negative consequences of the adoption of the bill, expressed in: violation of the balance of interests of the subjects of the legal relations under consideration; possible abuse of the right on the part of the state (municipal) customer.
