This article substantiates the objective and presents the results of preliminary research on stabilizing thawing soils. The largest area of permafrost in Russia is located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where civil and industrial construction is actively underway. Melting of the permafrost zone leads to a decrease in the bearing capacity of soils, making this problem particularly urgent. The conducted research demonstrates the feasibility of creating mortar mixtures for soil cementation in permafrost conditions using locally available materials.
The article provides a comparative analysis of the regulatory and technical documentation used in the reinforcement of soils by injection methods. The purpose of this work is to identify the differences between the degree of regulatory development of traditional soil reinforcement technologies, such as cementation, silicification, jet cementation, and soil-cement structures, and the documentation used for self-expanding resins.
