The article presents analysis of requirements of Taylor & Francis Group to the content and the way of presenting articles for publishing in magazines of the group. Special attention is given to making abstracts and to the format of text-building. One of the articles published in the magazine of the group is presented to illustrate the requirements of the publishing group.

The article deals with some painful points and unsolved problems regarding the following issues of the publication of scientific activity results: - the quality of articles published in the conferences collective papers included in the RISC database, - the submission of articles for incorrect borrowings, - requirements for the text unique character, citation index, - difficulties with publications in WoS and Scopus. The article seems extremely relevant for researchers and teachers of higher education.
