The paper looks into a matter of formation of a youth healthy lifestyle from a complex approach position, which contains the analysis of social factor, defining the lifestyle youth. The results of sociological studies indicate the connection of health value for youth and the level and quality of life.

The essence of complex approach as a basic principle of social work is revealed, the consequences of deviant motherhood on mother, child and society are determined, the problems of complex approach applying to social prevention of deviant motherhood are identified and a model for the complex prevention of deviant mother behavior is developed.
