The article examines the tactical aspects of the organization and conduct of verbal investigative actions, in terms of building psychological contact with the interrogated. Recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of investigative actions in complex investigative situations are proposed, including an emphasis on reflecting on the behavior of the defendant based on a full study of the data about him.
