Liberalization of monetary and credit relations marked the problem of maintaining the level of economic standards for the banking sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the requirements of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (Basel-3) and the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article considers the priority tasks of the banking sector of the republic aimed at maintaining stability and stable development.

The necessity of introducing digital technologies into corporate governance is described. The positive results of the use of digital technologies are considered.
